Installation & Configuration

Cyrun’s software is typically installed on the agency’s SQL servers the first day of implementation. As soon as the database and host files are configured on the server the Alliance clients can be installed on agency workstations. After the basic installation is complete, Cyrun provides training for systems administrators on the configuration of drop down lists, personnel names, locations and addresses, etc. Once these operational lists have been configured, Alliance is ready for training and production use.
