Surveillance

In Alliance, the Surveillance and Security departments are able to share information on critical items such as banned persons, lost and found, hazards, etc.

The surveillance room may also be granted the rights to view and even add supplemental reports to existing incident reports generated by security. On the flip side, the Security department will not be able to see the incident reports created by Surveillance. This creates a secure environment for Surveillance with direct access to all of the critical real time information generated in Security.

Daily Shift Report

Alliance provides a complete surveillance system that links the Daily Shift Report (DSR) with associated information such as a Close Watch, Game Audit, Pace Audit, Player Audit, etc. This tool allows a surveillance operator to create new DSR entries on the fly even when the operator is actively working on an audit.

If one of the DSR entries requires a follow up incident report, pace audit, etc., the operator may leave that DSR entry open, pressing a function key to start a new DSR entry. That gives the operator the ability to have numerous tasks open at any given time while maintaining a continuous list of completed DSR entries. Each surveillance room also has the ability to view a historical list of all DSR entries generated during that shift.

Pace Audits, Game Audit, Close Watch…

Surveillance departments are able to design their own audits that allow the collection of any information that they deem important. Since each casino has its own policies and procedures, our standardized tools may not meet the needs of every casino. Cyrun has solved this problem by providing a flexible tool to build casino specific forms for running each of these audits.

Video Integration

Alliance can connect to a number of digital video systems. This tool would allow a surveillance operator to link a video stream to a DSR entry. Our system passes the time of the event along with the location (which is associated with one or more cameras) to the digital video system. This information is then used to call up the digital camera views of that incident within a preset time frame.
