Building real-world security through advanced information technology

SOLUTIONS: Hospitals/Healthcare Facilities

Alliance is a complete and integrated Hospital Security Management system that was designed by law enforcement personnel to handle day to day operations as well as major events.

This Command and Control system was built to fulfill a hospital’s unique security management needs such as incident management, liability reduction, lost and found, integration to camera and door lock systems, escorts, crisis management, etc. Alliance provides security personnel with state-of-the-art incident management functions that can be used on a 24/7 basis. Their daily use of Alliance’s emergency management tools will provide the Command and Control backbone for any major incident such as a natural disaster (Bird Flu, earthquake, flood and hurricanes) or an act of terrorism.

Most hospitals have bi-annual crisis management training, but that is not enough. When a disaster strikes, chaos will always rule unless each hospital has a strong contingency plan, as well as a reliably staffed command and control system.

As the world learned from Katrina, hospitals will end up in the center of any storm and must find the resources to manage the event on their own for days if not weeks, or longer.

Cyrun can help you put the pieces in place by implementing our proven Command and Control system in your hospital security center. If your staff uses these tools to address day to day security needs, managing a much larger crisis will be a natural extension of their skills.

This suite of Microsoft Windows-based products has been used for high level emergencies such as armed bank robberies and pursuits, as well as the day to day operations of police, fire, and security personnel since 1992. Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management (RMS), Officer Reporting, Lost and Found Tracking, Investigator Tools, Security Analysis, Mugshots and Incident Photos are among the many tools available in this product suite.

Alliance will also allow hospitals to share critical alert data regarding unwelcome persons with other hospitals if desired.
